  Great buying experience. We recently went to Swindon Outlet. We forgot the staff's name but she was so accommodating and very knowledgeable of their products! Purchased my first Rayban aviators. She helped us to get what size and color we want and also it was on sale so glad we dropped by. Be back soon to maybe get a Prada for the misis. Thank you so much!

  Thank you to Alice and Uriel for helping me pick out my new pair of Prada sunglasses. Both members delivered exceptional service, were patient, honest, experienced, informative and knew their products very well. They helped me pick out a pair which suited my face shape, while keeping in mind my personal preference. They answered all of my queries and provided me with all the relevant information needed and all done with enthusiasm and a smile of their face. I loved their energy and I couldn’t have asked for any better service! Alice remained with me throughout my time in the store and was very friendly, talkative, willing to assist with anything, made me feel comfortable and just wanted me to be happy with my purchase. I didn’t feel any pressure from anyone to make a purchase, but I’m glad that I did. I am over the moon with my new Prada sunglasses and the service received by both members. Such lovely people and amazing to talk to. Thank you so much!
